      The Greatest Comic Strip Ever

      http://www.progressiveboink.com/archive/ca...alvinhobbes.htm

From about the age of 7 I've been a huge fan of Bill Watterson's Calvin & Hobbes. Unfortunately that was only a few years before his retirement.

That link is a collection of the 25 Greatest C&H strips, complete with insightful notes and analysis, as chosen by the editors of the site.

Give it a look if you have a bit of spare time.

      priceless! what a find..

i hadn't seen more than a handful of calvin and hobbes comics before, so i was very pleasantly suprised at the quality...definately going to aquire some anthologies

but for me gary larson's "far side" will always reign supreme

That's awesome! Calvin and Hobbes is classic, and so is Far Side, since someone mentioned it. I used to take a gander at Non-Sequitur, but they no longer print it in our paper...
