      Terrorism

Well I didn't see a point in posting this before. But I just went into another forum where I also dwell. It is a forum from Spain that supports the soccer team I also go for. As some of you may know, today there was a terrorist attack on Madrid. I see the same reactions as 9/11 something we will never forget. If Bush said one correct thing, it would be that nobody will ever forget where they where and what they were doing when we heard. This is the same exact situation on the other side of the world. We HAVE to do something to stop this, here or anywhere. We cannot live like this!!! Where the fuck is the government that supposedly takes care of us??? Fuck that, they take care of themselves. Something has to be done... and fast....

I heard about it, an attack on a train, right?

You are right it is really not getting anyone anywhere, just planting fear on us all. I hope that people could find a smarter way to resolve their conflicts and not the cowardly way to do it.

Do they know who the suspects of the terrorist act where?
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...

Yeah, they planted bombs on 4 separate train carts and made them go off in the middle of rush hour... a disgussting act from a bunch of fucking cowards. There is no doubt in my mind that it was ETA some "freedom fighters" that want to have their own form of government and expect Spain to give them land for it.

is a mad mad mad mad mad world we live in. this violence can be traced back to one thing, i'm not going to argue what, or whether the ones making the attacks truly understand that one thing but i will say this... it all comes down to that one thing. right or wrong, enlightened or ignorant, these attacks are being made in one's name. sometimes i hate the species. -- and the government wants to protect you... not for your safety, but for their reelection. life sucks, get a gun.

Well, it was an attack from Spain on Spain, so theres really nothing they can do, its not like Spains going to declare war on itself...

Humph... now it's being said Al-Quaeda are taking credit for the attacks. You remember Al-Quaeda... they're the guys that also took credit for 9/11. Yet for some reason Bush's war on terrorism is in Iraq. Had they really gone after terrorists (Al-Quaeda) this might have not happened.

Psh, they take credit for everything... Pretty soon they'll be taking credit for my favorite slurpee combo Rootbeer and Banana!

      I'll only say this:

One man's terrorist is another man's hero.
There must be something that's motivating these people to kill other humans.

I heard about the attacks while I was running some errands after work. I pulled over and had a cry, for no reason at all other than I felt very heavy all of a sudden. They announced it on the radio a few hours later.

Terrorism always bothers me deeply because it's unnecessary, yet some people don't seem to think there is any other way to get their point across. It makes me sad.

There are two types of terrorism. Guerilla Terrorism, and State Terrorism. They have very different forms, but the end result is exactly the same.
