yes its safe and it works wonders i use it frequently or i used too but i switched to www.bwgen.com just because its more commmunity based and my liscnece expired on nuero

Yeah, its safe, I use the bwgen occaisionally. A LOT of the community-made presets are just tiotal new-age hippie junk, like, "stimulate this chakra", etc, etc. But, there's a few good ones. My advice is to get the bwgen, and have a mess around, try out some of the presets.

I'm not one to speak of other presets but BrainWave Generator's anti-headache built-in presets get rid of a headache in 10 seconds. Literally. I was having the worst headache I've ever had with my head literally pulsating with pain as if my brain was trying to burrow out of my skull. Since nothing was helping and I found the bwgen lying around, I decided to give it a try out of curiosity. It took away the headache after 10 seconds of listening to the anti-headache preset. I was amazed and utterly befumbled. Now I'm using it whenever I get a headache that I want gone this very instant (as I'm rather impatient indeed). Perhaps such success in that field may be interpreted as the fact that the bwgen's creators know what they're doing so perhaps if there are any "official" LD presets and what not, they may be just as effective for including lucid dreams as getting rid of headaches.

I was once using the meditation 3 presets. It was supposed to put your brain into the theta stage, but it create background noise to keep you awake. Regardless, I fell asleep. I woke up a few hours later with a terrible headache, so I just went back to sleep in silence. I woke up with the same headache. I went through the day just thinking, "Damn, this hurts. I'm not going to touch that thing for a few days." It wasn't until later that I tried the ant-headache preset and it cured me in a few minutes. Ironic, I suppose. I've been playing with that same meditation preset. It seems like if I listen to it before I go to bed for about fifteen minutes, I'll go to bed more relaxed, fall asleep faster, and it helps with recall. Hmm, as far as I recall I had a tough time finding the one crack I did find for it though that was a while ago. After all, it's not exactly an extremely popular piece of software, heh. Or did I download a torrent of the full version...my memory fails me. Oh well, the Meanie's right obviously.
