For those of us who may need some inspiration.. or if you would simply like to boast about something you fixed, here's the place.

I just got done cooking some chicken liver and fixing a salad with Hearts of Romain, tomatoes and a light honey mustard sauce.

The liver was cooked the easiest way possible: I placed 4 pieces on aluminum foil, folded once. I sprinkled Seasoned Salt lightly over top them, pinched the corners and top and cooked on low/medium heat for 2 1/2 minutes. Then I carefully opened the foil, flipped the livers and seasoned, resealed the edges then cooked an additional 2 1/2 minutes

I cleaned my salad stuff and sliced it up while the liver was cooking.
It took about 5 minutes to prepare, all in all, and it's very yummy

What are y'all having tonight?
