Yeah. Effing queing. That hotdog had BBQ chicken and grilled onions on it. Later I made a hamburger with grilled onions ketchup mustard and sunchips. I would show a pic but I know you guys aren't wearing helments and I don't want the brain matter to go everywhere when your minds explode.

Mmmm. Thick-sliced bacon! ...carefully broiled to perfection.

Here is a dish I made yesterday I think, maybe the day before.
Brown/wholegrain rice, Bok Choy, Shiitake Mushrooms, a bit of chilli and little bit of salt.

I don't know why or how, but I'm really good with picking which foods will go together.
I'd never even tried Bok Choy or Shiitake mushrooms before.

Today's afternoon dinner:
Chicken breast, rice, corn. Plain and simple, but I like that. Granted, corn and chicken don't go great together IMO. But that's what I had left (going grocery shopping tonight), and still delicious!

To drink, some freshly juiced carrots, celery, and a lime. Usually I add tomatoes as well, but I'm all out.

Grilled to medium rare with grilled red bell peppers and garlic balsamic reduction:

London Broil with Old Bay and bacon with raspberry chipotle BBQ!

Egg sandwich with a side of cottage cheese.

How to make soft goat cheese at home:

1. Add MM100 bacteria and rennet to goat milk and let it sit overnight until it looks like loose yogurt
2. Scoop the curds into double layer fine cheesecloth
3. Hang the cloth over the sink and let it drain for 12 hours or until it looks like thick yogurt
4. Scoop the curds into single layer cheese cloth inside the mold of your choice and drain overnight in the fridge
5. Unmold and eat, it should be the consistency of soft cream cheese

-Goat cheese + basil & garlic
-Tomato, red onion, bell pepper, cucumber, sliced roast chicken
-On a toasted bagel

My dinner for tomorrow.Already did this one before and its delicious! Its a creamy curry with chicken and rice
