I was naughty today myself. At work, each department had to create a recipe inspired by State Fair Fare. So basically we all had to deep fry something. So I got our little brownie bites, dipped them in funnel cake batter, deep fried them to golden perfection, and dusted them with a little confectioner's sugar. The brownie centers became all warm and melty, I just just just.... Imagine beignets with molten chocolate centers.

Let the chicken sit a tad bit too long, but whatevs....it was still tasty.

I heard that there may be an upcoming bacon shortage, so I stocked up.

Today's breakfast

...for breakfast, bacon and maple syrup infused pancakes with a side of bacon.

chicken, potatoes, rice, n beans

home grown cherry peppers, homegrown red peppers, homegrown tomatoes, baby bella mushrooms, couple of shreds of mozzarella, garlic powder....drenched in hot sauce! The only thing that could possibly make this salad manlier would be to break the bottle and decorate it with glass shards, and I'm going to do it when my hot sauce runs out.

Bacon wrapped Asparagus.

venison sausage meat balls (fattened with an egg, salted, peppered, garliced), corn, string beans, red peppers (they're babies, so they look like string beans too), tomatoes, yellow onions, crap load of pepper (on accident, but oh well, I'm a man), vinegar, hot sauce, flour. Yes it doesn't look that great, but honestly it's one of the best soups I've ever had in my entire life. Seriously.

Creamy Cajun Pasta with Sliced New York Strip Steak:

Bacon-wrapped Lil' Smokies with some mean-ass horseradish mustard for dipping was on the plate a couple of days ago.

Also this was the most spiciest thing I've ever eaten in my entire life....but it was awesome.

Looks kinda slimy or something...must be my camera. I have a few less hairs on the back of my hand now... with our grill its kind of a struggle.

Fried up a thin slice of pork chop, and invited jalapenos, and sweet peppers into the party....chopped it up, and threw it in a salad with mozzarella.

Only downfall to the meal is the amount of fat. I need to get one of those space age none stick pans so I can cook without olive oil...it would only have 6 grams of fat in it. I know all the oil didn't stick to the food, so it's anywhere between 10 and 30.

Romain lettuce, Lolla Rossa lettuce, pepper turkey, melted mozzarella, home made habanero/jalapeño pineapple hot sauce. 100% wheat bread, and an apple. Fuck you subway. Fuck you.

lil meatloaf, baked squash onions and bacon with lettuce laced with custom wade sauce.



Salmon burger composed of diced yellow onion,jalapeno, and bread crumbs. Topped with lolla rosa lettuce, tomato, toasted wheat bread, and a lil bit of that 'ol Wade sauce. Then we got a side of steamed broccoli. It's time to eat right, or die trying.
