Some fancy genetics I guess. I've always eaten whatever I want, without issues. I do steer clear of hydrogenated junk, high-fructose corn syrup, MSG, and most other nasty chemicals.

Someday when I'm not lazy I'll make the cupcakes, but for today I just made some of the peanut butter frosting. Somehow I forgot until I was mixing in the icing sugar that the frosting was pretty much like the peanut butter balls I make sometimes, which are just ~1/2 peanut butter, ~1/2 icing sugar, sometimes with walnuts and/or dates mixed in, and coated in more icing sugar or coconut.

Oh yeah, random but I actually made almond strawberry crisp from the blog in your sig a little while ago. It was good. I didn't take pictures or they'd probably be in here lol.
