ooo yay it's burger time!

This is a caprese burger (pesto mixed into the ground sirloin, as well as in the mayo, then fresh buffalo mozzarella melted on top, with tomato slices and spinach.. I even spread some pesto-mayo on the buns and grilled them before assembling), and potato salad

for the life of me i can't figure out why i'm getting fat ..doh

Curried potatoes and spinach (with red bell peppers, shallots, elephant garlic and ginger) with lentils and curried cauliflower.

Yes, that's an 18 oz. porterhouse nesting on top of my spaghetti.

This is how I do a Sloppy Joe. I start with the finest organic grass-fed cow parts, and then I add peppers, onions, and homemade sauce. ...Then it's topped with you-know-what! All of this takes a ride to my mouth on a cheesy onion roll from the local bakery.

I inoculated this swiss on january 9. It didn't have the holes as big as I would like to have seen:



But the flavor is ridiculous, and look at her stretchiness from just 30 seconds in the microwave:



I'll definitely attempt swiss again.

Don't worry, I get a healthy intake of all of the platonic solids. I've just been fasting on dodecahedra for the last couple of days.

Well that is a relief I was worried about you for a second. Healthy body= healthy mind.

I'm not really one to talk though, Ive been living of off coffee and doughnuts.

This evening, I'm enjoying a 100% vegan dinner. Black and white Japanese noodles cuddling in a light sesame sauce, topped with sun dried tomatoes, poppy seeds and chives. Unconventional? I go out of my way to defy convention!
