Peach & raspberry babycake, with french vanilla cream and cinnamon.

Not much to look at, but easy and delicious.

I knew I should've held out for angelfood cake cups, but the peaches were fresh so I went for it with yellow cake. Next version will just have to be better. I'm thinking blueberries...

First time bread baker should have added an egg at the top to brown it a bit, now my kid can't wait to eat it lol.

I found this "Chicken of the woods" growing on an oak tree today.
After cultivating the spores, I intend to grow a batch, and have them for dinner.
