Left handed, but I have been suppressed so much by the right handedly dominated society that I can do most things with my right hand almost as well as with my left hand!

They actually used to make left handers learn to write with their right hands not that long ago. Crazy

not that long ago... my dad went to a catholic school when he was a kid... they would paddle the kids who wrote with their left hands... apparently they were possessed. seriously...

i'm ambidextrous. write and draw with my left... and anything the requires a little more strength i'll go righty.

Maybe it could turn out to be a good thing. By forcing them to use their right although they were left it would result in more ambidextrous offspring. Maybe. just a thought.

I'm right handed, but i try to use my left hand when writing essays at school, so the teachers can't read what i write and they give me a good grade anyways... kinda funny how that works

I've never understood society's weird(and frankly wrong) notion of some dichotomy between creativity and logic. Most people say I have a vivid imagination, they also say I am very logical and scientific.

The greatest people in history our ones that unite their creative minds with their logical minds to visualize what would really happen in the world, they are called inventors, in fact the computer I am writing on right now is thanx to at least one person I know of that did that, Nikola Tesla.

There has been shown more activity on one side of the brain. The side would depend on that person and wich hand they use. There has to be a reason that a person chooses to use either there right or left hand. And the different hemisheres of the brain are differernt. There has been countless research done that has shown emotional differances between right & left handed people.
That does not suggest that you still cannot have people who use both sides of thier brain. So I do not think it is a "wrong notion"

Right handed. If I try to write with my left hand it looks like something reminiscent of Picasso's work, except drawn by a monkey on crack. I do use my left hand to type, and it does the job very well.

What you feel(emotions) is based upon what you think(logic)
I am 100% logical, I follow my emotions because they are the same, and I have a vivid imagination.

Here is a neato thing for anyone to try while LDing, visualize a character which represents a strong emotion you are feeling in your life at that time, and start talking with the character, ask why you are feeling the emotion that character represents, I promise you, the reason will be based on your philosophical abstractions, ergo abstract logic.

Alright, I need to clear this up.

Your dominant hand does NOT determine the dominant side of your brain. If that were true, we'd have about 90% left-brained people and 10% right-brained. In reality, it's about half and half.

Right-brained people are more creative, feeling-oriented, intuitive, etc.
Left-brained people are more logical, thought-oriented, analytical, etc. I'm pretty balanced between the two, leaning to the left.

If you want to find out which side of the brain is dominant in you, there are tests for that sort of thing. Don't assume that just because you're right-handed you're left-brained.

The left brain right brain thing reminded me of this trick I learned. Try it out, it really works...

Sit down in a chair with your feet on the ground.
Raise your right foot about 2 inches off the floor and rotate it in a clockwise circle.
Now while rotating your right foot in a clockwise circle draw the number "6" in the air with your left index finger.

If you do it right, your right foot will stop or try to rotate the other way. Crazy eh?

Right handed, for most things.
That trick didn't work for me.

Hmmm, I havent met a person yet who could do it. I'm sure it's possible but maybe I didn't explain it right.

I sure would like to be ambidextrous.

Im Left handed, but Switch is Ambidextrous. She's is able to use both hands. She'll tell ya.

Yep Shadow is right I can use both hands but I got it from our Mother, she is also Ambidextrous, and Shadow isn't hehe =)
