So what is the CRAZIEST, wierdest thing you have ever heard of.

The only rule is that it HAS to have really happened in REAL life.

      For me, this is it.

One crazy thing is how amputee victims (with amputated arms) have actually felt EXTREME, INTENSE pain in their wrists, which are not even there.

its called phantom limb pain. Shows the true power of the brain.

      O. One more crazy thing.

      ......christianity (sorry, i had to)

i find that the belief in a virgin woman giving birth to a man who can walk on water, cure lepracy, heal the blind, raise the dead, and float up into heaven is a little bit ridiculus. These superstitions are contrary to everything modern humanity knows and it is restricting us (stem cell research etc.) from being the best we can. I think that if there is a god, we would have MUCH more proof than just one book.

I would rather believe in Star Wars. It is much more believable, considering it has some form of evidence.

hahaha that's toooo funny. I wonder what type of speach they held about his death on his Funeral hahaha.

I've experienced really WIERD things myself, like Blobs of colored light floating around my Room and house, Rapidly moving ''belts'' with Geometric patterns on them on my ceiling and white walls, Closed eye visions, but I don't know wether they could be considered REAL

I've heard that Osama Bin Laden supposedly recently died of Tyfus. Pretty wierd seen the amount of Cruise Missiles, Commando Killing Squads and Tank Batallions that guy had chasing him that it was a near-existant disease that killed him Don't know if it's TRUE yet.

lol yeah christianity, lol. But let's not talk about that here.

Yeah phanton-pains are indeed pretty weird, but explainable. What is really weird is that when some chinese man recently had the first succesfull penis-transplant and his wife wasn't happy with it, he had his new penis cut off again.. : / Women....

EDIT: Oh and SKA, bin laden had a kidney-desease thingy. He actually needed one of those huge machines everyday, the ones that to the kidneys work. Kind of weird that caves in afganistan have such nice machines in them.

However I think he's still pretty much alive. Only phisically he's probably still a bunch of crap.

What would be really fun if bin laden would have died of AIDS.

correct. Last time i heard osama was on a dialysis machine. It might just be me, but i think our government should be able to track those machines, since you dont just "make them". They are made by HUGE corporations, so we should track any dialysis machines that go to the Middle east.

People in my area use to travel to Czek Republic to get cheap gas or go shopping. The country is only like 30km from here...
At the mall over there I heard this story about a guy going shopping with his wife. As they are paying they notice that they left the money in the car. The guy goes outside and never returns. The lady waits and waits, finally calls the police and leaves to go back home...
The next day she returns to the mall in CZ to check out, if her husband might have returned somehow ...
The guy is sitting in front of the mall, he looks pretty normal at first, but then his wife noticed he's dead.
As they analysed him they found certain organs were taken out of the body.

This story was even in the newspapers over here; it's said there is this mafia-kind-of-thing dealing with human organs ...

I heard another story killing someone right in the middle of a city with a sword ... but idk how believable that is, a drunk guy told me about it

That stuff's all in the Bible isn't it? So in order to be a christian you need to believe it.

      mmm your wrong too.

Plus, many things change over the 2000 years the bible has been around, it has been translated so many times that the original message was most definatly lost, just like the telephone game kids use to play in elementary school. Someone would say the original message, and by the time it reached the end of the line if kids, the message changed completly. Jesus healing the blind really might just have ment that he converted them to God, and "Opened their eyes to him".

I am not relying my religion on a 2000 year old book. I am relying it on my belief in God and Jesus as God's son. Christianity is based on peace and loving.

Leave the religion in the R/S forum.

How dare you tell me i am ignorant when you know absolutely nothing about me. I guarantee you i know more about christianity than 90% of americans so dont tell me i am clueless.

and its YOU'RE ignorant, not YOUR ignorant.

christianity is based on the teachings and miracles of Jesus, all of which are unbelievable and impossible. But i am not one to say that i am right, either

Yeah, I heard that too. I really don't see the point. That's why God invented hookers.

whahahaha. Just EAT it! eat it EAT it! tadadadadum tadadumdum

Isn't it wierd that we sleep? Like we go lay down in bed, pass out go K.O. and come back to consciousness next morning all like ''huh!?what!?..ohyeah erm''

Dreaming is a Psychedelic trip on DMT produced in the brain's Pineal gland.
So all of you who hate trip-hippies and are anti-drugs:

HAHAHAHA you do drugs EVERYNIGHT.Wether you like it or not.And the Strongest psychedelic drug that exists: DMT, A STRONG hallucinogenic Natural Tryptamine shoots out of your pinealgland and makes you trip balls, hallucinating that you're completey somewhere else in bizarre worlds and situations while, really, you're just lying in bed K.O.

      Now isn't it Drugz?

I don't have a problem with you doing drugs during your sleep. Really, if you allow someone to inject stuff or make you swallow stuff while you sleep be my guest. Just as long as you're mind isn't altered in the morning.

lol SKA, yeah we all do drugs, every night! And actually, just about all the time. I mean if we do anything we like, our brain releases some opium-like substances that make us feel good. That can go from having sex to the rush you get from skydiving to just being happy about solving that puzzle.

Another reason not to be against drugs.

(exept maybe for opium-like things, becouse our brain uses that to teach us stuff (I think), and learning 'needle with herion into arm = good' is not the best lesson. )

Oh and yes, sleeping is a pretty weird fenomenon. If some martians would see half the world passed out in some death-like state they would be like: lolwtfbbq?

All I have to say is "Children, don't do drugs. See what it does to you? It makes you go crazy and post junk all over the forums."

The weirdest thing I ever heard of is a man getting pregnant. I just wanna know how that kid came out!

The weirdest thing that ever happened to me was some kid walking up to me and going "You're a girl." Me: "Acute observation." And then the kid walked away.

Not sure how we got from "weirdest thing you've ever heard", to a tangent on religion and then subsequently a little wrestle over drugs and that, but, the weirdest thing I've ever heard is... is... uh. You know, I don't think I've really heard anything that weird. Maybe that all mammals have tounges. I mean, how strange is that?!
