Ok, so last friday i had off school because of some jewish holiday. I usually go to nyc when everybody is down for skating somewhere good. Nowhere in Jersey really is there a good place to go skate and chill. That friday i ended up going to the city which occasionally happens because we're so lazy and idle. Normally we only skate downtown because it gets to late before we decide to go skate uptown. For some reason my buddies wanted to skate uptown right away and ditch downtown. So we skated a few spots in uptown and got hasselled at the last spot. Heading back to downtown we were looking for the subway we took so we could go back to shred downtown for a bit. Its on 66th street the closest subway station, but once we get back out to the main road that we were on before there was like 4 roads blocked off all which lead to 66th street. Nobody figured out why so we followed everyone else who were going down blocks to get to the subway station on 59th. After getting out of that mess we ended up between 66th and 59th. So we're just cruising on our boards down to 59th. Kind of nervous at this point. We were coming up on the Donald Trump Hotel still a little unsure what's happen. One of the guys who was a head skating down the street came back towards us as fast as a cheetah so i'm thinking another accident or some emergency, but no. Right in front of us sitting on the steps of the Hotel was Mr. Deeds, yes Adam Sandler. He was sloache-ing on the steps, smoking a cigar in a pair of mesh shorts and a button down shirt. When we go by and pass him he says, " What's up fella's". I was so baffled and thunkerstruck that i saw a blurred image of his face. It's a weird experience to see a celebrity in the flesh right before your own eyes. It's interesting for me at least to think about if those roads never got blocked. I often ponder about choices, different ways, and decides which all are stems but you can only cut one off, the way you took. The other ones are still existent and could of lead you to a totally different way of life, pursuiting something enormously different |

Yeah, our family has gotten people married just by introducing them to other people. But the thing is, in the end, what happens happens. It could have happened many other ways, but it didn't. So in the end, only one really matters. |
