I wonder what caused the fire?? [/b]
When I ran in the building I got a glimpse of the flame and it was under the dash of the driver side. I assumed it was a cigarette or something of that nature. I later heard the guy talking to the police, and he claimed to have "smelt electrical fire". I dont know how you smell the electric part of the fire, but I later found out that these newer Jeeps are having this problem. So far 2 others in between my house an Downtown Portland.
Thank you. I love my car too. If I had to watch it burn, my face would be like this until the day I died.
hhhmmmm wonder what the guy had in the briefcase he was so protective of? [/b]
Yeah, the police wanted to know too, so they made him open it up. It just had random business materials as far as I could tell.
Wow. Crazy story. Kinda reminds me of when my friend's car got struck by lightning, like 30 feet away from us (loudest shit in the world) when we were standing under a nearby overhang. It destroyed all her windows, jumped over the car next to hers, making a tiny hole in the windsheild of another and fried my friend's electrical system, which killed the car, (somehow) causing her horn to go nuts and blare for about an hour, until AAA came.
Didn't burst into flames, though. That's wild. Good job on getting pics.

Thats one crazy story. Im surprized no noe got hurt. I had a close incounter with lightning once, I know how loud it is. But you know whats crazy? Everyone who was standing when hit struck, instinctively dropped to the ground.
And on an unrelated note:
Man...your artwork is DOPE![/b]
Thanks for saying so! My ego loves you.
One point I wanted to bring out. Right after the firefighters got there I realized I needed to do an RC. But when looking back at the event, it seemed just like a dream. I reacted the same way, and it felt the same way. Its like the dream I had, except I got pictures while I was there!
