      Yes. Because it was a miserable failure and had massive security holes.

      irc.kaniaz.com is the unofficial DV chat, and is still open for business.
      Or, if you know how to use an IRC client, irc.darkmyst.org, #dreamviews
      Same thing, but the IRC client is more stable.

      For now. Its still being debated whether it will return. First the HTML exploit must be repaired, so its best not to get ahead of ourselves. It may come back, it may not.

      Just use the IRC for now as Tsen mentioned. Its always been a success and will likely stay that way.
