      Tetris Anyone ?

I'm sitting in my living room having a Tetris battle ( Nintendo 64 ) with my girl and I
started wondering how many other peeps here might still play. I'm 31 now and play
a least once a week. I think it's one of the most enjoyable head to head games ever.
So, any other Tetris geeks here ?

      You're getting sleepy......

Well, I like tetris, but the kids in my MM class are crazy for it. Last Halloween, they dressed up as tetris blocks, lining up w/each other!!

I used to play hard-core in the late 80's. Taylor Dane "Tell It To My Heart" was my Tetris song. That song on loop and I could set some stunning scores.

Phear my Hercules high resolution CGA emulator! BWAHAHAHAHA!

Something about Tetris... it just lacks something... What is it? Oh yeah. Violence.

Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, specifically the Japanese version for the Dreamcast.

Once you've used pictures of falling blocks as a means for inflicting animated violence on a hapless opponent, playing normal Tetris is like using weed after heroine. You just have an aggressive instinct to pull out that needle.

I'm an old school game fan so I love this arcade on the boardwalk near my house.
It's called "Flashback" and it has every classic arcade game you could hope for.
My personal favs are Galaga and Tempest. They have Spy Hunter,Pole Position,
Space Invaders, Asteriods,Centipede......I could go on, but you get the point.
It's kinda hidden in the back of the building so you can play without all the damn
      bennies bothering you.

I love MAME -- I just wish I knew where to get more ROMS for it, now that they've cracked down on web sites that offer them.

Well, my favorite Tetris game is for Super Nintendo. It was called Tetris Attack. When I was in high school, my friend and I would sit up and play it ALL night long. I haven't thought about that in forever! Thanks for the good memories! I am really into any type of game. I love word games and crossword puzzles, card games (Euchre in particular), and PC and system games. Fun Times!
