to be honest
I'd say wait a year
Now before you say I'm crazy remember that you're getting this for the rest of your life. There are no do-overs.
And plus you said it's hard to find the exact one you want? That worries me because it seems like you're not 100% sure that this is the exact design you'll want.

the reason i m not sure about it is cus the image is poor quality

What is with this obsession over Jack Skellington?!
I see him around more and more every day and I don't see anything special in the character..
TBH I really think he is kind of stoopid looking.

There is some fad about jack skelington. Probably because of hot topic.

Ok, I'm going to basically say what MSG said, and say give it awhile.... I mean, seriously think about it. When you're like thirty or forty years old, are you REALLY going to want to look down and see Jack Skellington on your leg? I mean, yeah sure, tattoos always seem like a great idea now, but a few years down the road, you may be kicking yourself. If you do still want to get a tattoo, I'd go with a more timeless theme if I were you. Something that's not going to make you feel silly in ten or fifteen years, like a cool heart, or just some weird symbol or sign.
But hey, if it's what you really want, and you're sure of it, then go for it. I just know there've been some tattoos that I've wanted, and now looking back, I'd have looked damn retarded if I had gotten them.
