      New here and decided I'll be stayin' for a while!

      A lot of forums I go to, I'll check out for a few days and then never come back again. I hardly ever actually find one I truly like - those are few and far between. But this place looks pretty awesome, so far trying to lucid dream has been pretty interesting and fun (even though I haven't done it yet), and everyone here is real easy to talk to and get along with.

      A few things about me... I'm fifteen, I'm a blabbermouth, I like music (country and rock), I love to sing, I like playing video games, I like travelling... hate staying in one place for too long...

      So, yeeaaah. See ya around the forums!!

      Glad you're staying! I've learned a lot of useful information and helpful advice on this board from those folks who are much better at this than me. Plus it's just a really interesting subject and place.

      If you keep up your practice consistently and find a good method, you should be able to LD. Sometimes it takes a while to find the techniques that work best for you.

      There's a tutorial section that's well worth checking out here if you haven't already and a good adoption program if you're looking for a mentor.

      I saw there were some women on these forums...but ones that play videogames???

      I WILDed and had a dream, then woke up and checked my watch and it was only about fifty minutes since I'd last checked it... I remembered my dream but never actually became lucid.

      And yep, Out of the Blue, I do play videogames every so often. I know plenty of other gals that do, too. Just, not quite as obsessively like some of the guys I know. :p

      It seems that the ones that do play video games will be some of the first to admit it. I don't know how many of us here are here at DV, but I could show a few people a think or two about Counterstrike... or Starcraft.

      (But I don't have a PS2 right now. *sad*)

      Hmmm, someone should make a forum for the female gamers on this site. There seems to be a lot here.

      Actually, female gamers are kinda hot (unless there the creepy lesbian kind. Not the sexy kind, but the "OMG please don't knife me" kind), more power to ya!
