wrong forum... and i'm not about to tell you where you should have posted this nor am i going to move it to the correct forum. if you want your question answered... read, then determine where you should have put this.
Check your profile. Are you an admin? If you aren't, then no. If you have a really good reason to start one, I'd ask an admin (i.e. Seeker/ice). However, I highly doubt it.
Remember what shadow, your adopter, said about making this sort of posts? If you aren't going to PM him about a question like this(which both him and I recommend) then Pm me about it. I will answer your question. Just stop making stupid shit threads like this!!!
