I am sure many of you have seen these, but they are the worst. They are just unholy. We saw one of them crawling around in my friends basement and of course it went under the couch before we could kill it. So we didn't know where it went until later we found it hanging from the celling eating another one of it's brothers. |

We have some of those in our basement. |

The basement of our old house always had lots of exotic bugs. I sure hope that picture isn't real size |

It's so creepy.. it's kinda pretty. |

Man those things are lightning fast! I see them from time to time when I'm working in apartment buildings. |

Gross. |

I'd like to see what a squished one would look like. |
|
Probably like any other large, squished bug.. @_@ Ew. |
|
Never seen one of those in my life. And thank heavens I haven't. Now I better not have jinxed it. D; |
|
We have those things everywhere in Thailand, not with such long legs tho. |

Wow, I am almost glad I didn't hit it. We tried to but they are so amazingly fast. It was easily the weirdest looking when it ran, it kind of ran with an arch to it's body. I live in Minnesota, so it was the first time I had ever seen one. We had absolutely no idea what it was, we assumed it was some sort of crazy earwig hybrid. |

Yeah, I have those around my house, along with regular centipedes. I've often freaked out people in chat with these pics : |

Oh yeah! I used to see those things around my basement all the time. Fast little buggers. But then I got a cat, and they all went into hiding. Honestly, if you've got a bug problem, forget Raid, get a cat. Can you cuddle a can of Raid? I don't think so. |

Hmm. Those pics just make me want to tie their front and back antennae into little bows. |

Rofl XD Good question, indeed. |

I am evil. |

LOL!!! But really, that things creepy. It actually reminded me of a dream I had as a child about living in a world where spiders were about the same size as Scottish Terriers. It was so scary. Its weird how tiny little creepy crawly things can startle the most successful species of animal on this planet. |

Those are so damn cool. |
