now i have a harder one... give me time to get it worded correctly.

there was a group of people with similar vocations... they aren't apart of any group/club/government/religion yet they all have the same marking on their body of a religious significance.

what is the era?
what is the vocation?
what/where is the marking?
what purpose does it serve?

i just realize i typed; "there was a group of people" ... "they aren't apart of any group"

i meant they are apart of a "group" but not organized in any way... they're more of a demographic... ok i'll shut up now.
