My fraternity threw a party tonight. It's 5 AM and i'm JUST becoming not hammered

This girl i used to see, just for not even a few weeks about a year ago, got way too drunk. So her and her friend are crashing on my futon. They're asleep right this second. They look so cute.

I still have very, very strong feelings for this girl. I realize that when i see her but even more so today. Usually if i had feelings for a girl, i'd go right out and say it, but this is different -- we used to, eh, hang out, and then we just became friends, no drama at all. I barely see her but when i do we're totally cool. So it's confusing, and i don't know why i feel so strongly for her right now, and have no idea what to do.

Advice?

I think when she's drunk and asleep is an ideal time to confess your feelings.

Tell her you thought she was cute, as you were watching her and her friend sleep. Girls like it when you tell them they are cute.

Yeah that's a good idea.

Maybe you need to figure out some of the reasons why you like this girl over others...
