I went to a google open house once, and it was very difficult to get any information about the actual work environment, in a work-related sense. I'd be weary of anything that offers free breakfast, lunch and dinner, just because of the subtext that goes with that. I actually have some friends at Google and they're pretty happy there, but their hours are also pretty insane.
