You kinda copied that from maddox but it was fricken funny when you said "everyone thinks there rick james, bitch"... its true... the only impression I think is funny is when people say "Do it"... it's always funny if you do it right and at the right time... Also, "He's a PHONY!"

you what i hate? people who idolize maddox and think that if anyone is annoyed by that the whole "i'm rick james bitch!" they're somehow copying maddox.

I have been annoyed to the death by this phrase since it's begginning. There was one kid in particular I knew, an albanian kid, he copied all of Chapelle's phrases and said them as much as he could whenever he had the chance. I'm not idolizing maddox, I'm agreeing with him (I've been pissed about this for about a year before I even knew who maddox was). Also, I've seen multiple articles in my own high school newspaper critisizing people of this (before maddox wrote his article on this phrase). A used joke is funny once, twice, maybe occasionally even 3 times, but when it get's into the thousands, my head implodes metaphorically all over the wall.

His style of writing was similar to maddox's in that paragraph. That's why I said it so chill out...

Only funny when Dave chappelle or rick james himself says it... Other than that, its been said so much that you dont even think of its detailed meaning anymore

Not to mention everyone saying "hu-WHAT!!!!!!!!!!" And, like Death Waud, I too have been plagued by these sayings and Chapelle-isms, long before Maddox spread his views. When I stumbled upon the site and read that, I no longer felt like a complete mental case trying not blow my top and kill everyone in the room saying "hu-WHAT!!!!!!!!!!" or "I'm Rick James, BITCH! HAhahahaha!"

At most it was funny when they actually bothered to act the skit out (someone being Charlie Murphy, etc.). You know, I would sit there and then hear "Charlie-MURPHAY!!" or "Show me your titties!", "Bitch...come over heeaar and have SEX with Charlie Murphy!", or "You wanna smoke with the bad boy, Rick James?", etc, etc, etc...

I was like.... What!!!!! hehe just kidding...
