I didn't think it was meant to be a prank... seemed more like the new admins just felt like playing around. I mean, it couldn't possibly be an april fools joke, right? Nobody was obviously "fooled."
OK so it obviously wasn't funny, but still... people need to lighten up - it isn't a big deal.
I found it quite amusing.

I thought it was funny and no one was hurt by it. I thought the staff did a good job on this one.
I enjoyed this years prank as well. This was lighthearted and we've gone too far in the past before.
