      My god, did wave skip mod all together? outa no where i notice hes a dream guide, then a admin, i think my sense of time is being skippy.

      Where does it say you need to be a mod before admin?

      The duties are completely different - admin usually have access to the admin panel and make forum changes, mod moderate the forum.

      Actually the general pattern is DG--->Mod--->Admin. Although this time the pattern wasn't used
