There are idiot alpha males and nice alpha males. That's beside the point. You don't have to be a ruthless asshole.

But you have to accept that it's completely legitimate
- to dump someone for whatever reason
- to dump someone if the sex is shit
- to dump someone 2 or 3 days after "Sex Day"
- to dump someone if there's no sex
- to not get attached to someone too much for no reason
- to walk confidently in a college corridor

You don't have to lie or be deliberately mean or hurtful but a man's got to do what a man's got to do. And that's usually not staying with someone only because that person has affection for him.

Ok, all that was just extras of me trying to get my one point accross that I think men should be alot nicer women, not alot to point out, but with the paragraph I typed, I obviously got more than I expected.

In all honesty, on at least a subconscious level, all women want men to be assholes to them. Although a women will say she wants a nice guy, she would cheat on him in seconds for a complete asshole who doesn't care a bit for her. The point is this is how we are made, and you have to accept that the romantic ideas really have no application in reality, on a fundamental and primitive level.

I agree with the OP, women are treated unfairly, but they aren't the only one's being disrespected. I do also agree that most straight men are total jerks and have no compassion whatsoeverrr.

I was making a joke when I said men were superior. Men are superior in many areas of life but they will never be superior in the emotional or looks department.
As a whole, neither gender is "superior", except if you narrow it down to specific areas of interest.

As for proving that women want an alpha male and bond nice guys for supplication, read a book about evolutionary psychology of sexuality.

But: There's also an evolutionary aspect, considering that alpha males get multiple females per default.

That's not cultural, it's genetic.

It doesn't have much to do with the thread though. Repressed female sexuality is also a relict of patriarchal culture of the last several thousand years.

I know emancipators love to claim that we basically solved those problems but cultural progress isn't quite that fast.
