      What's your heartrate?

      1. Find a place where you can feel your pulse. Usually you can feel it on a part under and to the right of your chin.

      2. Go to www.online-stopwatch.com and click on Count down, then set it for 15 seconds.

      3. Count how many times your heart beats for those 15 seconds.

      4. Multiply that number by 4.

      My heartrate is 88. What's yours?

      It's about the same, I still get a crazy high heartrate either way.

      Though it's always been a little bit low. Even when I used to swim, my heartrate was relevantly lower than all others after strong series of exercises.

      Well i tried it three times. First time was 96, second and third were both 84. I must have been excited about checking my pulse the first time

      I would say high 80s would be a decent average. So let's call it 80-89.
