just wanna know...
6 days, and the day before and after I ate a really small breakfast. SOmething easily digestable.
wow thats amazing... which days were the hardest?
day one and two. The rest were really good. I had lots of energy. But I drank apple juice. I lived off of apple juice. I think water fasts are quite rough and not very healthy except for the intense detox, but the detox is already intense on juice. Your breath weill start to smell from all the toxins that leave you when you dont eat(thats where morning breath comes from...not eating all night). The hardest part of fasting is breaking the fast. You wanna eat not too much, or itll all be undone, and not too little, so you when you lose weight, yuoll probably want to gain some back(depending on where you're at) but I lose 10 pouns in a week fast.
I made it for two weeks on only toast with peanut butter and water..
6 hours :D
The longest water fast I did was 4 1/2 days. I did a juice fast for 1 month before, but I was on speed and had a major eating disorder, so I don't recommend it at all.
After day 3 I don't feel hungry at all. And I don't get dizzy or tired as long as I keep exercising during the fast.
Why fast? I mean come on, people should eat normally
Religious reasons, health reasons, no money, boredom...
I had a friend who did that Master Cleaser (10 day lemon juice fast). I don't know how she didn't pass out. Most for me, 3 days.
9 months :P
I like the 3rd!Quote:

I've gone for a mere 3 days, but then decided to eat. This was because of boredom between some friends and we all decided to try. Not eating is soo much easier to do rather than staying up. Meh, I should do it again.
2 and a half weeks drinking my own urine :(
on just your own urine... how much did you drink before you started and how did you collect it and... why?
4 days when I was at cheerleading camp and just didnt want to eat. I didnt even plan it or anything, but on the third morning I felt so so sick and weak that I had to stay in bed.
peanut butter and toast isnt a fast. I lvied off of bread for a month while homelsess in california.
As for why fast....it detoxes your whole body really fast, and gives your organs a rest. If done right, it can be very good for you.
On jsut water I once fasted for 5 days but lost a significant amount of weight and its taken me a logn time to gain it back(which might be nice for some, but Im nbaturally on the lighter side.)
Dude, amen to that. Especially with all the crap people put into their bodies these days without knowing it.Quote:

I think I've only gone like 2 days without food. But that was unintentionally. You really don't feel hunger after missing the first two meals or so.
a day...? or 3?
Food is great...but i have this weight thing after having a long term relationship with a very 'healthy' girl...calorie watcher and all that crap...

Aha! Mr. I - know - everything - about - dreamviews!! She isn't married!
I'm divorced. And I'm also for the "Members Against Über Embedded Quotes Campaign". Care to join?
I do... I don't remember going without food longer than maybe 36 hours, but I was hungry mostly the whole time. I also drank coffee during that period, and I wouldn't reccommend that when you haven't eaten for over 8 hours. I got really dizzy....Quote:
