hi technoD. Nice to see you here. Anyway im glad that you decided to make a brave effort and creating this topic. anyway, you already know my stance on this and i dont feel like typing it all again unless i must(I probably will anyway*shrugs*.

again, i commend your efforts

Spam wars? Really? Never knew. I could care less about some strange lucid forum war. Im jsut here to learn, share and grow. I never bothered with other forums because i have yet to find one as great as DV.

EDIT:actually Id say LD4ALL is the best lucid dreaming forum outside Dream Views Ive seen. But I prefer the format and layout of DV. But Im all about peace and harmony. Lets buld bridges!

Gameover: AI am not challanging DV, nor am I challanging LD4ALL. They are both forums as equally as good as each other.

This topic is not about which forum is better, or which one is worse. This topic is about cooperating together to expand our LDing knowlage, and share techniques with each other.

It has been a load of misunderstandings that have caused this hostile conflict to arrise.

DV and LD4ALL are the two biggest communities online. We both have very experienced people 8)

I shouldn't forget to mention SeaLife, as well. It is a unique forum, and I never really understood it's aim. Still quite interesting though.

so what are everyone else's thoughts. TechnoD it might take a while for more people to respond. Its pretty early in the morning.

Well I went and joined LD4ALL, and it seems like thiers a lot of learned people there, but the format seems far to sloppy to get anything done. But I may go on from time to time and see if If I do pick up on anything there. But I think one forum may be mroe than enough.

The format is to be updated soon. Q is working on the new webpage layout

well, I see only one problem with layout: huge 10+ part topics not very convenient

Haha! Personaly, I like it! Too many forums is confusing, and LD4ALL was confusing enough!

Personally; I feel there's little or no hostility between the boards. I haven't seen any spamming, and nobody on these forums has said anything negative about ld4all (and I'm here almost all day, so I should know ).

I think ld4all and Dreamviews are both 'friends' at the moment. Sure, we don't have links about ld4all on our site, or vice-versa, but the fact most people know of both forums all the ld4all people coming to say hello here being treated just as well as the other forum members, and with no hostility at all is enough for me.

As, thsi is interesting to know. There have been negative feelings towards DV because of a few rouges, and a few mod actions of DV.

I just think that both forums should communicate more readily, and deal with such rouges.

i don't think the little secluded feuds between some members would hardly give either forum a sour taste in their mouth.

personally, i don't harbor any bad feelings towards ld4all. you're just a forum trying to make it in this vast space known at the internet... same as us. we each have different methods... different "feels" if you will, and that's nothing to boast about.

so yeah, welcome, enjoy your stay.

Icedawg has made a very sincere and gutsy post over on LD4All. I think we can now get on with the healing process.

You would think so. But it just seems to have developed that way.

Anyway, I am glad that their is now peace between the two forums. The two forums should communicate more readily though.
