Thread: Stomach Pains

Find the bottom vertebrae, then go up four more. Rub either side of it, it should pinch a little. If you don't feel it pinching then you need to move your fingers around until you find the right spot. Rub that for a minute or two and the stomach-ache should go away.

I used to get stomach aches every once in a while at school, bad ones where i couldn't really focus and it was just torturous. Took me forever to find the way to get rid of it once you you have one. It's the ever so polite act of farting. I don't recommend doing it in a large room of people but really that seems to be what really helps. Maybe that won't cure what is causing yours but doesn't hurt to try.

I couldn't find the pinching feeling on my fifth vertebrae, but it's good because it's all better now. :}
