For entry level at a retail chain, they will be looking mostly for the following:
1. Punctuality
2. Good language skills
3. Courteousness
4. Motivation
They may ask what you know about movies, DVDs, games, and if you've ever had retail experience before, but trust me, those four listed items are the most important.
Wear something nice (but not a business suit). Arrive five minutes before the scheduled interview time. Smile and shake your interviewer's hand when you meet them.
Make frequent eye-contact with your interviewer (but don't stare!!). Listen carefully to everything they say, and show that you understand. You want to leave them with the impression that you understand and can take orders with a smile, and that you can be courteous and helpful to customers.
Good luck, and welcome to the real world!
Be confident, wear a suit, and make sure you sit properly. Slouching is bad (first impressions are everything). You want to sell yourself as a capable individual. Apart from that, do as skysaw said. And good luck!
Thanks, im not going to give an over confident impression, i am going to talk clear and show the interviewer i am a nice person.
I know you'll do fine.. good luck! ;)

Getting a job in a store is easymode. Just act like you normally would.
I didn't get an interview. The pub just told me to start working there. So I said OK. :|
The one job I had - cleaning a pub - was something a friend told me I should do, so I did it.
Pubs simplify the job process, clearly.
