I'm sick of DV but yet I keep coming back... Just ban me now. I don't feel like having to break a rule to get it done...

How do you do that? I'm pretty sure you can't past into pasword boxes.

you can't copy the new password into a confirm password box, it will paste the circles into the confirm box, you'd have to mash buttons in a way you won't remember it into a text document and copy that then close it then paste in the new password

Write a complicated system of delete letter add letter on a note pad. Then after that just use that system twice and then press enter. Then delete the folder with the system on it. You may be lucky and be too stupid to remember the code.

Write a program that uses a random number generator to generate a fairly long (10+ character) password that you can copy and paste into each box. If the password is random and you only see it once, it's not likely that you will remember it.
