Did he paint schizophrenic cats? That'd be whack! |

If anyone knows who I'm talking about, it's almost sad how he went from painting happy cats to the ones he painted later on when he became schizophrenic. It's nuts, that's how he saw cats... |

Strangely disturbing, yet has a beauty all its own! I love artists who are absolutely wacko - it's quite fascinating to see how the mind can interpret things. |

In this crazy world if they don't consider you mad, then you have no confirmation of your own sanity, do you?
Imagine if this crazy world thought you were sane?! Oh my God, worst nightmare!

Well, he painted a whole bunch of normal, everyday cats. As he became incresingly (sp) schizophrenic, his cat paintings got more and more abstract, almost scary. |

Yeah I noticed both ends of it. The change is indeed disturbing, yet fascinating in it's own right. |

I've never heard of him but it sounds quite cool, I like to hear about that kind of thing... |
