Tell me how you plan to actually keep at your resolutions
I figured this merits another thread. All resolutions are a bunch of good intentions. But anyone who's ever tried anything change-related will know, good intentions are never enough. In order to really keep it up, it has to be built into the process, because your will-power alone will not get you there (and you KNOW it ;) ).
So, how are you all going to help make your resolutions easier to stick with, not just for the first three weeks of the year, but for the rest of your lives? :D
