When you forget your pin number?
My bank is at progressive.. what do I do? I forgot it lol. And I burned that little card thing..
I am stupid...
I can still use it online, but I only have 19 cents left lol...

If you've always known it, but somehow just "instantly" forgotten it, then keep trying to remember it (if that's your goal). You'd be surprised all you can remember with enough effort. Since this is a dream forum, you can always ask your subconscious in a LD. Worth a try, yes? :P
