Thread: Ever wanted to kill somebody?

I have.
But my anger is usually directed more inward than outward, so I get over it quickly by turning it in on myself.

Im gonna direct it at helpless infants! Im PISSED. If you shall know it has to do with women problems. I used to love her and now I HATE her. I wont kill her lol. But I wish I could go back in time and not meet her.

I know that feeling very well. Just try to take comfort in knowing "this too shall pass".
When I was at my angriest (toward my ex-husband) I discovered that throwing apples as hard as I could at the street was a great source of release. Is there anything you can do to safely release your rage?
