I noticed it a couple days ago as just a slight bump, which I just waved off for the moment as a weird reflection, even though I was still worried. This afternoon it's developed into a whitish/clear bump on my eye, and at first it didn't hurt at all and just felt weird when I closed my eyes, now it's a little irritating and dry, even after putting brand new, non-medicated Visine in it. Nothing's happened to my vision at least. |

I assume it was the pressure that allowed the bump to finally pop, although I still to this day have no idea what it was or why it appeared in the first place. You might want to try something similar, so long as you're sure to rinse your eyes out as the fluid from the bump may be harmful after it's released. |

..Did it hurt?? |

I didn't feel the actual pop, the only thing that stung was the water hitting my eyes. Having it gone felt totally relieving, as there was no other painful sensation when I closed my eyes from then onward. |

If only I hadn't read these posts after I had just taken a shower. Well, I hope I'll be able to sleep okay tonight and then see how it is in the morning. Still bugging the hell out of me. I might take your advice tomorrow. |

Aye, I would still follow Abra's advice with contacting a doctor. I was first advised to just 'rinse' my eye out with water by the doctor I was assigned to at the time. |

Here's a morning update: |

Luckily it isn't over the important part of the eye. It's gotten redder. |

Surrender your flesh. We demand it.
My eyes do usually get redder in the morning. |
