what's your favorite brand of herbal tea?
mine is probably Tazo because they have some great blends...
however, I like Stash too because they make a 100% chamomile (Tazo doesn't).
What other teas are out there?

I perfer the Celestial Seasonings brand because its easy to find and when i need to get to sleep their sleepytime tea helps.
not a tazo fan, i like stash for their dark teas, and i love celestial.
though, just wondering, does anyone besides me here like the idea of making their own teas? i want to, once i have the cash for it...
That would be an interesting thing to try. I usually combine tea bags and some other ingredients for different kinds of iced teas but thats as far as I get. If i can remember one of them I'll see to posting it after I finish cleaning the roof. :(
It'd be cool to try making my own tea, but I don't think the plants would survive in my dorm room. At any rate, I like Celestial Seasons, but also (I think it's called) Zuni. I'm not sure, but I think it might be local, but they have some good ones. I love loose-leaf tea, mostly. The flavor seems to be better that way.

Indeed, Tea rocks. particularely loose leaf tea. it tastes so much better. Making your own is a lot easier than most people think with some know-how. there's lots of native plants which work excellent for tea, you jsut have to know how to find them. If you have some natural areas near your home (or dorm) it can be easy to round up some herbs every once in a while. I recommend some research, or if you know any out-doorsy guide type people they may be able to point you in the right direction.
disclaimer: be careful! a plan may look harmless, or it may look like a plant which is healthy, however it may be able to kill you in seconds! Unless you know, don't ingest it! If you want to know, ask someone who will know!
i don't know, i'd b scared to get anything wild, my identification skills SUCK... there's reasons when sneaking up on my sweetheart somewhere, i check and recheck and check again that it's really the right person... i have nightmares of when i was small and in the airport, standing in line, holding onto the edge of my dad's trench, then hearing my mom call me and looking over to see her and my father standing a good 100 yards away, waving at me, then looking up and screaming bloody murder at the total stranger with the same coat as my father...
but a plant is a plant is a plant, to me; i'd kill myself trying to find the right thing... that and i have a damned BLACK thumb...
no, what i want to do is buy the different herbs and keep them for mixing or further preparing to make into teas. i'm learning about what each herb can do, and i find it all really quite fascinating...
Frontier teas are excellent--they're an organic company that sells loose tea and spices. I prefer their green and white teas myself, but they have lots of herbals, too. Their spices are available in bulk at the local whole-foods co-op grocery (I know not everyone has one of those handy) and there's a coffee roaster/cafe here that carries their teas. Top-quality stuff.
Has any one had a tea that helped or hinderd there Lds or Dream recall? It be interesting if it was a a gerneric type of tea you used (like green tea) what brand it was.
heck yeah. i used to drink it everytime i meditated...i don't have time anymore though :(
Chai tea is one of my favorite teas, for regular tea, twinings british breakfast all the way.
