Are you looking to do it for free, or are you cool with taking classes? Enrolling in an online class or class offered at a community college seems like the most plausible option, but I'm sure there are some free alternatives. Find an e-book on a torrent site maybe.
yes. I can teach you.
I learnt some Latin in ma school.
Nice, structured language. Probably easier to grasp than most modern languages, which sprawl wildly all over the place.
InvisibleWoman shall be your tutor.
Yeah, perhaps easier for those who have obsessive-compulsive disorder. I really don't want to know what it was like within the minds of ancient Latin-speakers. I'm fine with a language having a case system and a system of verb conjugation, but not when some of the cases are virtually useless, like Latin's ablative and vocative cases, and not when there are eighty million different conjugations for one verb (exaggerated, yes, but rightfully so).
And a language that can't even handle the simple concept of "yes" and "no"...yeah, I dunno how you can call that "easier to grasp".
@OP: You have a better chance of understanding all the BS Latin has to offer if you study Russian first, since Russian has some of the same BS, just not so much. And before that, I suggest you study German.
