On a more serious note, that happens when your desktop or parent window is not responding. Either cos its real busy, or cos it crashed.
In this case it looks real busy
Its normal, just not pretty

crap you made me go back and check who said that... tho i still cant figger it out.

no man, it didn't crash or anything... that's the game. See, you keep dragging the window and it makes roller coaster-like patterns.

Seriously though... yeah, that's usually when something crashes. If that happens every time you try to run the game, try reinstalling it. Or it could also be some hardware conflict. Does your system meet the minimum requirements?

He's just moving the window just like the devolpers never anticpated the end users would do, because the main use of the program is to play the game, not to move the window. The cause is moving the window. The program does not expect that, and was not designed for that. The solution is to not move the window, or have the game fullscreen.
