Yeah, a country only has six years to come out of the dark ages after the end of a tyrannical reign of horror. After those six years are up, it's TOO LATE! Iraq will be backward ass and ignorant forever, never ever valuing freedom. Ha ha!

With a 60% majority of Shiite muslims in the country, the 20% of Sunnis will be oppressed and fight back, violently if necessary. They're doing it for allah, which is infinitely more important to them than freedom. Democracy only works when the two sides are close to equal in numbers and believe that freedom is the most important thing.

you know it really pisses me off that people started setting off fireworks like three weeks ago. I was trying to have a conversation with someone on my front porch the other day but I kept getting interrupted by the neighbors setting off those goddamned firecrackers.
