surprised no one said anything until now. to be honest, it doesn't even sound like a homicide/suicide...but that's just me.
in most countries it's way more likely for a male to commit suicide than a female. A male is also four times more likely to succeed in the attempt. Normally there is some sort of cry for help, or note left.
Yeah, I know she could have beaten all of these statics, but what about the fact that Nashville police spokesman Don Aaron said the gun was not "readily apparent" when police first arrived? Don't you think that if a person murdered someone, and then shot themselves in the head, the gun would be close to them? Considering the fact that he was on the couch, and she was on the floor near him.
I could see a hitman, or even McNairs wife doing the job, and then just tossing the gun and leaving. I could be totally wrong of course, but the story just sounds too inconclusive to say murder/suicide.
