      HELP! Need ideas for anniversary present!

      Okay listen people! It's my anniversary on Friday and I'm pretty much broke... we (girlfriend and I) weren't exactly going to exchange gifts because of us both being low on money but I want to do something anyway...

      She's into art and is starting a Fine Art course in september...

      I want to buy her something arty.. like perhaps some good art supplies but I know nothing about art or anything like that..

      Can anyone give me suggestions on what kind of stuff would make a sweet and practical gift...

      HALP.


      EDIT: Oh, and don't just say "brushes"... I want details.

      Let's just say we are fed up of museums. The whole buying her an art gift is what I'm looking for..

      Wow.. someone on facebook had that she was watching Ferris Bueller's Day Off as her status.... scary.

      Do you know what kind of art she does herself? I mean specifically? Arcrylic, watercolour, oil, charcoal, pencil?

      I don't like art supplies when they're given to me, even though I like doing art related stuff.
      Then again, my tablet is neat. Huff, I dunno.

      I'd probably give her a toothbrush and try to be funny.
