I am. I've heard mostly negative things about raves, but I am inclined to discover them myself anyhow.

The only bad thing about raves would be the drugs, dehydration, and sweaty people. Thats about it I hope.

Fixed. Only been to one rave, it was a new years thing with 20,000 people at
the Staples Center, and it was fun. I hear it's loads better when you're on
something, but I've been clean drug-wise since the glorious time of my birth.
Might have to try it once, just to see what it's like.

I really, really want to go to a rave.... However, they've been shut down all around here, they had a few a couple years ago and they all got broken up by the cops, so they just don't have them anymore. I'm sure there are still some underground raves, but it's impossible to find them unless you know the right people, it's kind of depressing.... I just want to try going to a rave on E once, I can't even imagine how bomb it would be.

Yeah, I think you have to be 18 to get into most clubs (assuming we're talking about clubs).

I just went to a rave last thursday. It had pretty much my whole graduating class and other classes there aswell.

Techno music was the theme. It was nuts. Strobe light and a room just packed with people. The music was so loud you couldnt talk to anyone.

There was no drugs or alcohal though, since it was in a public place, but shit was still awesome. Well worth going to one guys.

I've been going since I was about 18 - but don't go so much now to be honest. I DJ'd at one last month in so dark basement club! It was awesome fun and should be doing it again next month!

I love raves. The scene has kind of died down, around here, but we used to go to them a lot, back around '98 - 2002. If you like electronic music, they are definitely doable when you're sober, but when you're messed up, it's like stepping into a whole 'nother world. Lol.

And my favorite kind of electronic music is progressive and/or nu-skool breaks, but I love jungle, drum n bass and some house. I hate happy hardcore and all that. I like my music to make me feel like I'm listening to music, not banging my head up against a wall repeatedly.
