Something Cool I Visualized while meditating....

I was in a beautiful forest, with sun flowing through the leaves the of trees, brightly and warmly. In the middle of the forest ran a fast flowing river, about 15 feet across. I was sitting, cross legged on a tall 25 foot tower of mud, but soft grass grew out of the top of it. The river flowed downward into the base of the tower and then leveled out. It's water was clear and cool. I stood up from meditating and put my hands above my head and crouched my legs. I a high arched dive and falling aerobatically towards the water. When I hit the water, I just melted into it and became the water. I flew on along the rest of the river. I could feel myself moving wavelike, and rushing and crashing. I flowed for about one minute and then lost this beautiful thought.
