I downloaded it, and took out some ads on my favorite sites. I had this before, but had forgotten to add it when my computer got restored. Thanks. |

The wiki of one of my favorite browser games, (Kingdom of Loathing,) didn't check their ads closely enough for malware one time. Users were attacked by a popup ad that implanted a virus into their system when interacted with. Half of those on the forum had Adblock Plus installed, so nobody with it got the malicious ad. |

Then....how do the ads that sites put on pay off if so many people have this installed? Or is it a small amount of the population that has things like this installed, so it doesn't matter? |
