MLA Format Help

I need help creating a citation for this site and I don't even know what it qualifies as. I have the MLA handbook but I don't know what type of format to use.

The site also has no information on it, last edited etc. Any help would be appreciated.

All I really have is domain name, author, and website.

Actually, The Owl is the hawtest source for your MLA needs.

Use LaTeX, it will format it for you. Might want to bring your professor back to reality, unless you're an english major, you will never need MLA. Most publications require Chicago style or IEEE standard.
