Soo... here's the tattoo I will have. Well... one of like... 6.

(haven't entirely decided if thats the song/part of the song I want. plus its on my foot. And itll look better.)

they're awkward because of the direction my arm is in, and they're very unfinished, i've got about 9 more hours of work left to do in the skulls.

@ Kara18: The fire ring and the winged heart look awesome the detail would take a bit but those would be nice tattoos

I WISH! The ones I give myself a extremely primitive (very few curves, no detail). The marks above it (cat slash-ish) is one of mine. I was testing my ink and it took much better than I anticipated lol so now I have claw marks

My tats are all gray.
I'm playing around with oil paint and alcohol (toxic I know- perhaps I have a slight death wish) I would really like some color.

don't use the oil paint, you'll regret it. Go to your local hobby store, they'll have ink for what you're wanting to do, or do some research on the net and get a proper recipe for making the ash ink. There are tons of ways to make non-toxic, well "taking" in that are simple and easy. Avoid the oil paint, you run a very high risk of poisoning yourself and getting a serious infection from anything made using it.

Hmmmmm.... thanks for the heads up. I did an outline of my flame and I started feeling ill almost right away. I always do a sampling before I jump into whole projects.Puffiness was immediate.

Also, if you wanna do it homemade, then i'd advise going to a hobby store and getting "Indian Ink". It's not expensive at all and come in a lot of different colors, plus it's basic tattoo ink so you don't have to worry about poisoning or infecting yourself with bad ink.
