Very creepy and random cartoons, reminds me of my dreams

I thought I might show you all some videos that really peaked my interest, and they are very odd to say the least. I've known about David Firth for some time now, his cartoons are reather crude graphics wise, but they are brilliantly hilarious. http://www.fat-pie.com/flash.htm I recommend watching salad fingers, that pretty much rounds out what david firth is all about, the socklops or sock series pretty much was made to reflect strange dreams, if you really like the very strange content you can go watch the Spoilsbury Toast Boy series, which I garentee you will give you a major WTF look after seeing any of them, well alot of the cartoons will give you that. if you like the twistedness and insaneness of it watch A Black And White Cartoon series, which is like this guy with schizophrenia. If you profer a lighter touch of strangeness check out the burnt face man series, still funny but not so strange. And any of the others are a good watch

oK, that was really very strange. I found myself compelled to watch SALAD FINGERS EPISODE 8: "CUPBOARD" to the very end even tho part of me didn't want to. Yeah it seems to follow no real story line, but there are clues in each episode about salad fingers past, there are refrences to the 'great war' throughout the series, I think it was a nuclear war, the puppets on his hands were people he might have known before he turned into a mutant mentaly retarded type creature, and the vast majority of his kind died out, least thats my theory.

This type of random surrealist-horror paranoia driven film is based on the 1977 movie Eraserhead by David Lynch... Just think about it.... David Lynch... David Firth... hmm... I think, I posted about two different threads on David Firth's stuff a while back, though. He's definitely got some interesting stuff..

The first time I saw Salad Fingers I thought it was going to be one of those random things that jumps out at you and scares you. What I love about them is that it's mostly just shock, at how creepy and disturbing it is. This guy is a genius. I love the ideas, and the speech. Fucked up, for sure.

I've never found this guy funny. The cartoons he makes for Charlie Brooker's Screenwipe are undeniable the low point (make that gaping chasm) of an otherwise decent show.
