ive been smokin weed for about 4 years at the beggining it was fun but i had a couple of 'bad trips' lately and its making me think twice about trying other stuff. i hear from my friends that shrooms are good if you want visuals. could anyone give me tips about shrooms and what are the mentle and physicl effects?
start out small. my first time i ate 1/4+ ounce... it was one bad trip. -- i've heard that the day is a much better time to shroom because everything looks all playful and happy. i've only done them at night, and i've liked all my experiences... except that first one. -- also, have some sober buddies around in case you decide to pee on a computer and go punch old people in the face. :shock:

yeah start small alot of people will get off from only 1/16 of an oz it usualy took me 1/8th and I never really got wild visuals. Taking them during the day is cool, but I like taking them at night as well, try dawn or dusk so you experience both, that is one of the sweetest things experienceing changes in your environment. and yes make sure you have a watcher, somone you trust and who is sober, if you get panicked you can look to them and they can help you out. You just have to remember YOU ATE SHROOMS, you are gona see and feel some weird ass shit =)
You can see losa things, from colored geometric overlays kinda like a gridwork or something to little gnomes to anges and cats that vanish into thin air... and no i dont mean the cheshire =)
I would have to say the coolest thing I saw was when I focused and made an Ki ball in my hands, afterwards I relaxed, saw my hands were smoking, and then noticed these intricate patterns of light on the couch, they looked Elven, flowing circular emblems and scripts it was cool =)
remember HAVE FUN and dont put yoruself in a position where you are alone... thats tough...oh the trip can last anywhere up to 8 hours

never go into the woods at night, when on shrooms unless you want to be scared SHITless.

I've read alot of "shrooming" experiences. One guy shroomed in the forest and ended up being scared SHITless, like you said. :PQuote:

I don't shroom. Because it's stupid, and you can get all the same effects by having a dream or eating last night's leftover curry. :D
AND most people end up stark naked when they shroom, it seems. :P
it cant be that bad cause most of my friends did them and still do when they can and said it was trippy but if your with the wrong people things could go wrong.
p.s. im just worried about an intense body buzz i got that after a nicotien and comes back with weed sometimes. and i know its all in my head but i just cant handle the body buzz but my friends say to watch the weather or some what do you think?
shrooms will give you an awsome body high. if you can't handle the body high i wouldn't suggest shrooms. i've never had a trip where i didn't get the body high.
If your thinking about starting shrooms, be VERY careful, as you should with EVERY DRUG...just start out in SMALLLLLLLL doses, and move up, but i guess its most peoples opinion that its better if you just dont do it at all, my opinion is that its your life, its not my place to tell you what to do, just give the advice that i can offer! :cheers:

I dont think its stupid if you go into the situation informed and you dont take too much. Dont knock it untill ya try it =P
I have made quite a few realizations while on shrooms and had many a great time, I NEVER ended up naked.
I also went into the woods at night, we had a fire going, it was fun, had fun with a lazerpointer the stars were incredible, the moon was full, and cast a purplish light that we all noticed, the trees took on a pixelated atri look at one point which was weird, there were no monsters, the only thing that screwed us up was one of us flipped because he is a neurotic person and should not have taken them in the first place. And then we split up, which is also a no no, I lost who I was and with no one to confer with I was totaly lost within myself, I forgot who I was, it was terrifying, but I leanred alot about myself.
does anyone have advise on how to expericence a trip, like what should u do, as in meditation or some other exercises. basically what i'm asking is how to go about the trip so u gain the most knowlege of yourself and the world around u, how to achive the most realisations instead of mearly being like, "whoa dude, thats some crazy shit, maaan".
